Creating my art is a methodical process. Some of the best pieces were conceived after traveling through a powerful environment and really getting to know the landscape, plant life, people, and culture.
Upon my return from these travels, I study the images I‘ve gathered, choose those that inspire me, and sketch them onto canvas.
Using multiple small paint strokes and patient concentration, a unique and spiritual representation of the subject is depicted. I use only acrylic paints and celebrate the colors that they blend.
